Applied Artificial Intelligence — AI Creative Journey (Age 9–17)

Programme and class choices. 50 one-hour lessons,
normally once weekly. Parents may choose Saturday or Sunday,
9:00 AM–10:00 AM (Malaysia time), as the preferred class. A
preference is not guaranteed until IMAX Academy confirms it.

Minimum class size and consolidation. Each class requires
at least 10 confirmed students. A class with fewer than 10 may
be consolidated into the Saturday or Sunday class with higher
enrolment. The Academy is not required to create a timetable
around an individual student. Parents who cannot accept the
confirmed class may decline before commencement; all fee and
refund matters remain subject to the selected plan and these terms.

Public holidays and class changes. No class on Malaysian
public holidays. IMAX Academy may postpone a class due to
trainer availability, special events or training, programme
needs, emergencies, technical issues or another reasonable
cause. The lesson will be carried forward so students can
complete all 50 lessons.

Notice. Planned changes will normally be notified 3–10
days in advance by WhatsApp and/or email. Shorter notice may be
necessary for illness, emergencies, internet disruption or
circumstances beyond reasonable control. Parents must monitor
the contact details provided.

Monthly discontinuation. Parents may stop future months
by notifying IMAX Academy in writing through WhatsApp before the
next payment is due. A confirmed or paid current month cannot
be cancelled, refunded or transferred. Paid, unused or missed
lessons cannot be exchanged for cash.

Full-payment plan. The one-time promotional payment is a
commitment for the full programme. Once paid and confirmed, all
fees are non-refundable, including if a student withdraws, is
absent or chooses not to continue.

Transfer. Enrolment, fees and lesson rights cannot be
sold or transferred to a child from another family. A transfer
to a biological, adopted or legally recognised sibling in the
same immediate family may be considered with IMAX Academy's
prior written approval, subject to age, capacity and
administrative conditions.

Attendance and no individual replacement. No individual
replacement, refund, credit or special rescheduling is provided
for absence or personal reasons. A student may request the other
class in the same week before class; approval depends on capacity
and written confirmation. Missing both sessions does not create
a replacement class. Repeating a lesson may require waiting for a
future intake, potentially the following year, and is not guaranteed.

Learning requirements. Parents must provide a suitable
device, stable internet, required software/accounts and a safe
environment. Third-party AI tools may have age limits,
parental-consent rules, usage limits or fees. Parent supervision
may be required.

Conduct and safety. Students must behave respectfully,
follow instructions and not share harmful, unlawful, abusive or
inappropriate material. IMAX Academy may suspend or remove a
student for disruption or safety, privacy or legal concerns.
Serious or repeated misconduct does not create a refund right.

Content and results. IMAX Academy may update trainers,
lesson order, tools, platforms, examples or teaching methods
while maintaining the overall learning purpose. Results vary; no
specific outcome is guaranteed.

Certificates. The IMAX Academy certificate is subject to
completion, attendance, conduct, assignments and/or other
Academy criteria. The optional Lincoln Professional Academy
certificate is separate and may require additional fees,
eligibility and assessment.

Intellectual property. Course materials are for the
registered student's personal learning only. They may not be
recorded, copied, shared, resold, published, uploaded or used to
conduct another class without written permission.

Privacy and communication. Registration data is used for
enrolment, payment verification, administration, support and
programme communication. Parents consent to contact by WhatsApp,
phone and/or email.

Payment and confirmation. Submission does not guarantee a
place. Enrolment is confirmed only after payment verification
and acceptance by IMAX Academy. Payment-provider charges are the
payer's responsibility.

Limitation and acceptance. To the extent permitted by
Malaysian law, IMAX Academy is not responsible for indirect
loss, third-party interruption, device failure or circumstances
beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights that cannot
legally be excluded. Submission confirms the parent/guardian has
authority and accepts these terms.

公共假期与课程调整。
马来西亚公共假期不安排上课。如因导师时间、特别活动或培训、课程需要、紧急事故、技术问题或其他合理原因,IMAX
Academy可延期课程。课程将顺延,让学生完成全部50堂课。

通知。
预先安排的调整通常会提前3至10天通过WhatsApp及/或电邮通知。疾病、紧急事故、网络中断或不可合理控制的情况可能需要较短通知。家长须留意所提供的联络方式。

月付停止续读。
家长可在下一期付款到期前通过WhatsApp书面通知停止未来月份。已经确认或缴付的当月不可取消、退款或转让;所有已付费用、未使用或缺席课程均不可兑换现金。

一次付清。
一次付清优惠代表报名完整课程。付款并确认后,所有费用均不退款;即使中途退出、缺席或选择不继续,亦不退款。

转让。
报名资格、费用及课程权益不可出售或转给其他家庭的孩子。若转给同一直属家庭内有血缘、领养或法律认可关系的兄弟姐妹,可由IMAX
Academy事先书面审批,并须符合年龄、名额及行政条件。

出席、同周换班及不设个人补课。
因缺席或私人原因错过课程,不设个人补课、退款、余额或特别改期。学生可在上课前申请同一周另一班次,须视名额并获得IMAX Academy书面确认。如同一周两班均错过,不会另设补课。重读课程可能须等至未来新一期,甚至翌年,并不保证有名额。是否提供录影或教材,由IMAX Academy决定。

学习设备。
家长须准备合适设备、稳定网络、所需软件/账号及安全环境。第三方AI工具可能设有年龄限制、家长同意、用量限制或收费,并可能需要家长监督。

行为与安全。
学生须尊重他人、遵从指示,不得分享有害、违法、辱骂或不适当内容。若干扰课堂或引起安全、隐私或法律风险,学院可暂停或终止上课。严重或屡次违规不构成退款理由。

内容与成果。
学院可在保持整体学习目标下调整导师、次序、工具、平台、例子或教学方式。每位学生成果不同,学院不保证特定成果。

证书。 IMAX
Academy证书须符合完成度、出席率、行为、作业及/或其他条件。Lincoln
Professional
Academy证书属另选项目,可能另收费,并须符合资格及评估。

知识产权。
课程教材只供已报名学生个人学习。未经书面许可,不得录制、复制、分享、转售、公开、上传或用于开办其他课程。

隐私与联络。
报名资料用于报名、付款核实、行政、支援及课程沟通。家长同意学院通过WhatsApp、电话及/或电邮联络。

付款与确认。
提交不代表名额已保证。学院核实付款并接受报名后才正式确认。付款平台收费由付款人承担。

责任限制与接受。
在马来西亚法律允许范围内,学院不对间接损失、第三方中断、设备故障或合理控制范围以外的情况负责。本条款不排除法律上不可排除的权利。提交即表示家长/监护人有权报名并接受本条款。
